Marvin Sigler, B. Comm, M. Eng. (Ind.), C.A. - President
Marvin Sigler has been in the property management business since 1975. As a Chartered Accountant, Marvin worked for one of the major international accounting firms, Clarkson, Gordon & Co., as an auditor prior to entering the property management business. Marvin also holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering. Marvin's breadth of knowledge and experience will be of great value to you and
your property.
Tom Deutsch - Vice President and General Manager
Tom, who has studied architecture, first entered the construction field in 1967 and was involved with the construction of townhouses, commercial, industrial and high-rise buildings. From there he moved to the property management field in 1988. His vast experience in construction and property management assures that your property will be well looked after. Tom’s experience in construction is invaluable, especially in recognizing potential physical problems before they become expensive repairs. He expertly directs and manages capital work projects with professionalism and cost effectiveness.
Neil Sigler, B.A., LL.B. - Vice President
Prior to joining Gold Seal, Neil worked as a lawyer with Minden, Gross, Grafstein & Greenstein, LLP, one of the top real estate firms in Toronto. As a key member of its commercial real estate group, Neil was involved with complex real estate transactions and development projects, including the development of apartment buildings and condominium corporations. Neil also authored the chapter entitled “Condominium Corporations” in Wainberg’s Society Meetings, 2nd Edition. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge on matters pertaining to these issues that are of great benefit to Gold Seal’s clients.
